30 Seconds Warning Before Your Conveyor Starts

Belt conveyors are one of the most accident-prone equipment categories in Indian industry. Workers perform maintenance, clearing, and inspection on or near a stationary conveyor — and are injured when it starts unexpectedly.

The conveyor pre-start hooter gives a 30-second voice warning — "Conveyor starting in 30 seconds, please stand clear" — before the start command is allowed through. The motor interlock relay ensures the conveyor drive cannot energise until the warning has completed.
